SHUMAI ( kind of Dim Sum)




Hi everybody!! today we are going to make an amazing recipe from the asian kitchen, but i have different ideas for the people that don´t know the asian ingredients, they don´t like or just to try something different. We will make half with fish and asian ingredients and another one with spanish/maroccan burger.












RECIPE:


Ingredients for prawns shumai:

- 20 pasta wonton                              - 1 tsp grated ginger
- 200 gr. chopped shrimps                 - 1/2 sesame oil
- 2 mushrooms shitakes                     - 1 carrot (little cubes)
- 1/4 tsp flour                                     - 2 tsp organic osters sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt                                       - 1 tsp  organic soya sauce
- 2 tsp coconut sugar                                     - a pinch peper
- 5 gr chopped chives


Ingredients for burger shumai:

- 200 gr. chicken mince                    - parsley
- 2 chopped garlics                           - a pinch salt
- a pinch peper                                  - a pinch comin



Sauce ingredients:

- 4 tsp soya sauce                             - 4 tsp sugar
- 4 tsp organic rice vinegar                           - or  organic sweet chili sauce  ( like the picture)

Preparation:

Place in a bowl the prawns, flour, salt, soya sauce, oysters sauce, sugar, peper, shitakes, chives, ginger, sesame oil and mix until you have a sticky paste. Cover and reserve in the fridge for one hour.

Place in a bowl now the chicken mince, garlic, parsley, salt, peper, comin. Cover and reserve in the fridge also one hour.



Preparation sauce:

Put in a pan soya sauce, rice vinager, sugar, stir until boiling. Put out the fire. Wait until cool.



ELABORATION: 

Place the prawn mix in the centrum of the wonton pasta. And close with the hand until you make a sack or close complete helping with a fork.

Repeat with the chicken pasta the same step.

In the bambu basket (or steam pan), place oven paper with holes and put the shumai during 8 minutes mid fire.

Serve and enjoy it!!! you can also decorate the table in asiatic style and you will be the queen of the kitchen!!!
