COCOA-VEGAN MOUSSE
Hello everybody!!! today we are going to taste something amazing, and it is not only for its taste, also for how healthy it is to eat chocolate without feel sick or feel heavy in the stomach.
The idea is to use some vegetables and vegan milk in the place of animals milks and unhealthy ingredients.
Then, ladys and gentlemen let´s go to do a really easy recipe that we can also just be ready in 3 minutes.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 avocado
- 150 gr. agave sirop
- 50 gr. cocoa powder
- 50 gr. oats milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
PREPARATION PROCESS:
We put all the ingredients in a bowl and beat with a mixer until they are all integrated and was a thick mixture. You can also put more of solid or liquid ingredients till is how you like.
Put one hour in the fridge and is ready to eat it!! You can add almonds, strawberries, chocolate balls or everything come to your imagination.
Avocado provides healthy fats, minerals like potassium, vitamin E, vitamin C, folic acid, fiber, carbohydrates.
